Begun in 2014, SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including project management, quality assurance, engineering services, training, and office administration. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting services from a diverse population of both large and small business and their approved team members. Nearly 85% of its contract holders are small business.
