Scope of Work
Systems Consulting, LLC was contracted by URS Corp. Construction Managers to perform contract administration and project control for the construction of the Bellevue Transit Center. SCL’s primary responsibilities included document preparation and management, cost estimates, change orders, and cost proposals. SCL also prepared an amendment to the Contractor’s contract for transmittal to Regional Express. Furthermore, SCL assembled the necessary documentation required to issue changes to contracts, prepared cost estimates, justifications for change, letters to contractors proposing change orders and requesting cost proposals, as well as an amendment to the Contractor’s contract for transmittal to Regional Express. Additionally, SCL prepared NTP (Notice to Proceed) and confirmation letters for negotiated prices.
