Project Description
The purpose of this contract was to provide project controls and related services on a work order basis for King County Metro Transit Division (MTD)
Scope of Work
SCL will provide highly experienced project controls personnel to prepare and support the preparation of multiple project schedules using a MTD MS Project schedule template. Rolling out multiple high-quality project schedules in a short time is achievable with active team communication, participation, efficient organization, and a focus on basic purpose.
SCL Project Control Engineers (PCE) will work as active SMEs alongside MTD Project Control Engineers and other project team members, consistently working towards positive individual and effective relationships. In conjunction with senior Project Managers and their teams, we will work to migrate existing project schedules and create new project schedules in the new project template, using scheduling and estimating best practices. We also delivered quality assurance and quality control documentation, assessments, invoices and progress reports.
SCL was hired by King County Metro Transit (MTD) for this work order contract to provide project management and coordination of various project controls-related activities. Our services include project planning and scheduling, project delivery support, cost estimating, construction cost control, change control, project performance quality assurance, contract administration, information management, training and continuous improvement.
