Scope of Work
SCL in collaboration with the Kimley-Horn Team, provided consulting services to King County Department of Executive Services, Airport Division (“County”) which include National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review services, the categorical exclusion process, and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) consultation for planned Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) federal action projects scheduled for 2021-2023. Additionally, SCL provided management support services and supported the project managers with document controls and administration services.
