Project Description
The City of Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) is revising the central waterfront in response to the removal of the Alaskan Way viaduct. In collaboration with the SDOT program, Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) will modify the water and sewer utilities due to modification to the combined system to decrease sewer overflows based on AWVSRP Modeling Support Alternative Modeling Report in May 2012 (or 2016?).
Scope of Work
Systems Consulting, LLC prepared an AACE International Class 3 level opinion of probable cost for work linked with sewer improvements that relate to the Waterfront Seattle project. The cost for these items were prepared using the City of Seattle cost guide for standard bid items. The team delivered a memorandum that summarized the cost estimating approach and detail documentation of the estimate.
