The Central Tacoma Treatment Plant’s $79 million dollar upgrade and expansion project was awarded to MWH Constructors. Systems Consulting, LLC headed up the Contracts Administrative office set-up and program administration. The SCL team was responsible for the program business plan development and implementation, outreach, program document controls, development of the central database designed to provide statistics, progress reports; record, retrieve and provide daily updates; reporting, assist sub- contractors and consultants achieve EEOC requirements.
