Project Description

The Asset Management Library (AML) will be the repository of all data and information of all the assets of the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (STIA). It will initially be comprised of the STIA-provided historical documents. The purpose is to create an asset management program that leverages the Port’s CMMS system, GIS technologies, and the facilities master record drawings, to create an Asset Management tool. This tool will aide in the renewal and replacement of existing infrastructure as well as add a long-range maintenance program can be managed from a central platform.

Scope of Work

Collaborating with the Port of Seattle on the Asset Management Gap Assessment, SCL was tasked to assist and support with the development of the Asset Management Library (AML).
