Systems Consulting, LLC provided cost validation, administrative, utility,
and information systems support services for the Washington State Department of Transportation's
$17 billion Regional Transportation Investment District project. The firm's work impacted
over 75 highway, road and bridge endeavors along the I-5 corridor.
Project Background
Our client's mission was to conduct an external review of the Washington Department

the use of RTID funds while ensuring that projects do not overrun estimates.
SCL provided office administration and management, as well as senior cost estimating team
leaders for the RTID project. As one of the core team players, SCL's services included utility
