Systems Consulting, LLC was contracted by the prime Harris & Associates to perform schedule review to confirm validity.
The objectives of the review was to determine that the current schedule was sound, variations from planned start/finish dates and represent the original plan, approved change orders and recovery plans per specification. SCL performed a comparison, using the schedule specification and the contractor's original approved baseline schedule.
