Project Background
The City of Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) owns and operates 13 airlift-type wastewater pump stations and two of those pump stations are currently in the design-phase to be converted to submersible stations. SPU has determined that airlift technology is no longer suited for the conveyance of wastewater in their collection system and, therefore, need to be replaced. The initial scope of work is to identify replacement options for 11 airlift pump stations.
Systems Consulting, LLC will provide a base project schedule in Primavera P6 format. SCL will also develop at least three alternatives options for the eleven pump stations, including Class 4 estimates of each option and an Option Analysis Report
